Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a return.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
